| 摘 要： | 水产养殖作为我国农业结构调整的目标产业,近年来得到了飞速发展。养殖面积、养殖品种和产量连续多年居世界第一,2004年我国水产养殖产量达3.209×107t,分别占我国水产品总量的65%和世界水产养殖产量的70%;目前我国水产养殖品种已超过160种,其中海、淡水种类分别有100和60多种
