饲粮不同蛋白质能量水平对四岁梅花鹿生茸的影响

摘    要:为探讨四岁梅花鹿生茸期饲粮适宜营养水平,本研究采用2(CP18%和15%)×2(GE17.15MJ/kg和16.32MJ/kg)二因子交叉设计,选用四岁(三锯)梅花公鹿40头,分为四个试验组,进行了饲养试验和消化试验。试验结果表明,饲粮蛋白质水平对鹿体增重有极显著影响(P<0.01),饲粮蛋白质水平为18%处理组鹿的体增重显著高于15%蛋白组;鹿茸产量组间差异不显著(p>0.05);饲粮粗蛋白质水平对蛋白质消化率有极显著影响(P<0.01),高蛋白组显著高于低蛋白组;饲粮能量浓度对粗纤维消化率影响显著(p<0.05),高能量组显著高于低能量组;四岁梅花鹿生茸期饲粮中能量、蛋白质适宜水平分别约为16.4MJ/kg(GE)和15.9%(CP);平均每头鹿每天对消化能和可消化蛋白质的需要量分别为33.94MJ和330~360g。

Effects of dietary protein and energy levels on the antler yield and weight during the antler growth period for four years old sika deer
Abstract:In order to estimate theoptimal dietary energy concentration and crude protein level during the antler growth period for four years old sika deer, feeding and digestion trials were conducted with 40 male deer at this time. The deer were randomly assigned to 4 groups. The results showed that: ( 1 ) the deer liveweight gains were significamtly infiuenced by the dietary protein (P<0. 05) . (2) the apparent digestibility of crude protein increased with increasing dietary protein level. (3) the optimal dietary energy concentration and crude protein level were 16. 4MJ/kgGE and 15.9%CP respectively. (4) the daily requirements of digestible energy and digestible crude protein per deer were 39. 4MJ and 33ρ ~ 360g respectively during the antler growth period for four years old sika deer.
