摘    要: 研究了多效唑( PP333 ) 浸种对黑麦草耐热性的影响。结果表明: PP333浸种使黑麦草植株矮小; 在高温胁迫下, PP333减缓了黑麦草体内可溶性蛋白质含量的下降, 提高了超氧化物歧化酶( SOD) 活性和脯氨酸含量, 同时减缓了叶片膜透性的增加。这表明随着温度的升高, PP333浸种的黑麦草体内SOD等抗氧化酶能有效地清除活性氧自由基, 维持质膜的稳定性, 减轻高温对黑麦草的伤害。

Abstract:The influence of paclobutrazol(PP_(333)) on perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.) under heat stress was examined.The results showed that the plant height were significantly decreased after the seeds were treated with PP_(333).The decline of soluble protein content in perennial ryegrass leaves treated with PP_(333) was delayed in relation with the reduction of cell membrane permeability,while the activity of SOD and the proline accumulation were increased,which indicated that the active oxygen species have been scavenged efficiently.These results suggested that the damage of high temperature on perennial ryegrass could be alleviated by PP_(333).
