| 摘 要： | 领域信息服务系统是人工智能领域的一项研究热点.为了让用户及时准确地得到解决方案,解决搜索引擎返回信息过多及问答系统知识瓶颈的问题,提出建立一个用户与专家非实时交流的平台,实现问题咨询与解决方案的双向对应.为此,较全面地分析了农业信息服务系统的系统框架与功能,对其涉及的关键问题-基于本体的农业领域知识库的建立和问题解答过程中问题状态的控制机制进行了深入的讨论.
