| 摘 要： | 近年来,肛门缺陷相关的遗传疾病越来越受到关注,斑马鱼泄殖腔包含肛门,研究泄殖腔的发育机制有助于增强对这类遗传病的了解。综述了斑马鱼泄殖腔的发育过程、相关信号通路以及一些标记基因等,以期为相关疾病预防和治疗提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In recent years,increasing attention is drawn to hereditary illness related to anus defects.Zebrafish cloaca is the counterpart of anus in mammals,study on cloaca development will promote understanding of this kind of disease.The development course of zebrafish cloaca,relevant signaling pathways and some markers genes were reviewed,so as to provide theoretical basis for relevant diseases prevention and treatment. |
