林间履带式多功能底盘的设计与分析

摘    要:通过分析林间履带式多功能底盘的设计要求,确定其主要性能参数,包括行驶速度、爬坡能力、接地比压和最大牵引力。同时,计算了接地长度、轨距以及最小离地间隙等主要外形尺寸。设计出一款机间、移动机械的履带式多功能底盘。根据CATIA建立底盘的三维模型,明确了林间履带式多功能底盘的结构特征,从而为林间移动式机械提供了一种新载体,为专业供给林间移动式机械的履带式底盘研究提供了理论依据。

Design and Analysis of Forest Multifunctional Chassis Crawler

Abstract:By analyzing the design requirements of forest tracked multifunctional chassis,the key performance parameters were determined,including speed,climbing ability,ground pressure and maximum traction and calculated ground length,gauge and the minimum ground clearance and other major dimensions,a forest multifunctional classis crawler was designed.According to the CATIA to establish a three-dimensional mode of the chassis,to clear forest crawler multifunctional chassis structure characteristics,we designed drawings of it,which provided a new carrier for mobile mechanical forest and a theoretical basis for research of tracked multifunctional chassis supplying for professional forest mobile machinery.
