| 摘 要： | 目的]为吉林省耕地高效利用及可持续利用提供科学依据。方法]采用DEA-Tobit二阶段法,第一阶段运用数据包络分析法中的BCC模型对吉林省耕地利用效率进行分析,第二阶段通过Tobit回归模型对耕地利用效率的影响因素进行分析。结果]1996～2010年吉林省耕地利用纯技术效率表现出稳定的较高水平;技术效率表现不佳主要是由规模效率表现不佳所致;单位耕地面积农业机械总动力、农村人均纯收入等因素对耕地利用效率的影响较为显著。 |

A DEA-based Research on the Farmland Utilization Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors of Jilin Province |

| Abstract: | Objective] To provide scientific basis for farmland efficient use and sustainable utilization in Jilin Province.Method] Take advantage of the DEA-Tobit model with two stages,a) In the first step,applying BCC model,which is a part of the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),to analyze the farmland utilization efficiency in Jilin Province;b) In the second step,with the help of Tobit regression model,analyzing the influencing factors of farmland utilization efficiency.Result] During the period between 1996 and 2010,the pure technical utilization efficiency of farmland in Jilin Province has maintained at a high level of stability;the reason of poor technical efficiency is primarily due to the poor performance of scale efficiency;the total power of agricultural machinery per unit of farmland area and rural per capita net income have significantly impacts on the farmland utilization efficiency. |
