| 摘 要： | 学生党建工作是高职院校党建工作的一个重要方面,顶岗实习是高职人才培养的必需环节,高职顶岗实习学生党建工作出现了部分真空地带和诸多的盲点。对高职顶岗实习学生党建状况进行调研,提出相应对策,认为全方位构建顶岗实习学生党建组织保障、搭建立体化思想教育网络、创建有效的作风建设载体和健全顶岗实习党建制度是做好顶岗实习期学生党建工作的有效渠道。

| Abstract: | The party status of students is a very important aspect, and the students-internship is the necessary link for talent cultivation in vocational colleges.There are some parts of the vacuum and many blind spots in the party status of students-internship in vocational colleges. To determine the party status of students-internship in vocational colleges,and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures, was aimed at exploring an effective channel for this new problem. |
