| 摘 要： | 本文提出:农村剩余劳动力是时代的产物与体制的结果,当前再提农村剩余劳动力转移具有歧视性意义;认为农业劳动力转移和农村劳动力转移具有不同的政策含义,当前应该提农村劳动力转移;本文分别引入了技术学派的"定额法"和经济学派的边际生产率法,探讨农村劳动力剩余率的计算方法与农村失业现实及失业率的计量问题.

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the rural surplus labor is the product of the times and the systems,The word of transfer of rural surplus labor have discriminatory meanings at present. This paper considers that the transfer of agricultural labor and rural labor force have different policy implications, and should mention the transfer of rural labor force.
