| 摘 要： | 区域经济系统规划问题实质上是一个始端已知、终端基本固定、具有时间延迟效应的离散时间系统的最优控制问题。可以通过ＬＱ（Ｌｉｎｅａｒ Ｑｕａｄｒａｔｉｃ）最优控制模型加以求解。系统动力学模型、投入产出分析模型及多目标规划模型是有代表性的宏观经济分析调控模型，作者将三者有机结合用于解决上述问题。与ＬＱ最优控制模型相比，这种集成模型具有很多优越性，它同样适用于一般性的区域经济规划、调控。

| Abstract: | The essence of an economic system programming is virtually a problem of optimal control of a discrete dynamic system. Under this conditions, the initial state of the system is known,the final state is almost fixed, and there are time delays between the inputs and outputs of the system.This type of problem can be solved by LQ (Linear Quadratic) optimal control models. The system dynamics model, the system input output analysis model and the multiple goal programming model are three well known typical economics analysing models. This artical puts them together and originally combines them to an organic whole to solve the above problem.Compared with the LQ optimal control model, the integrated model has many advantages. |
