摘    要:应用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对25个主栽芒果品种的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型辅酶Ⅰ心肌黄酶(DIA)、酯酶(EST)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸变位酶(6-PGM)和过氧化物酶(POD)6种酶系统的9个位点及其中一些品种的遗传差异进行分析。利用UPGMA聚类分析将25份材料分为3类,红芒品种聚类于第1类和第2类中,第3类多属于菲律宾印支品种群。分类结果与按品种生态类型及来源分类基本一致。一些在形态上难以区分或易混淆的品种可以根据酶系统的差异进行区分。

Abstract:Twenty five mango(Mangifera indica L.)cultivars were characterized by means of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis using six allozyme systems: catalase, diaphorase, esterase, glutamate dehydrogenase, phosphoglucomutase and peroxidase. All the cultivars were divided into three groups by UPGMA clustering analyses. Group one and Group two mainly consist of red peel mango cultivars, and the cultivars in Group three is mostly originated from Philippine and Indochina cultivar group. Allozyme differences were detected among some germplasms which are hard to identified by morphological traits.
