摘    要:利用遗传算法(GA)优化神经网络(BP-ANN)的结构参数和连接权重,得到优化的GA-BP-ANN网络,用此网络解析木耳中铁和铜与CAS配合物的重叠光谱,建立了不经分离同时测定木耳中铜和铁的新方法。

Abstract:The structure parameters and connection weight of neural network(BP-ANN) was optimized with gen etic algorithm(GA),and the optimized GA-BP-ANN network was obtained.The network could be used to analyze the overlapped spectra of the complex such as Cu-CAS and Fe-CAS in Auricularia auricular.On the basis of that the determination method on Cu and Fe in A.auricular at the same time and without separation was established.
