摘    要:毛叶枣炭疽病病原菌 Colletotrichumcoccodes (Wallr .)Hughes]在 2 5~ 30℃ ,pH 5~ 6时最适宜生长 ;PDA、PSA培养基最适宜病原菌丝生长 ,而OMA培养基最适宜病原菌产孢 ;麦芽糖是病菌生长的最适碳源 ,蛋白胨是最佳氮源 ;光照对病菌的生长无明显的影响

Abstract:It was identified that Colletotrichum coccodes was the pathogen of Indian jujube anthracnose.The optimal of temperature and pH value for the pathogen growth was 25-30 ℃.and 5-6 vesp.PDA and PSA were the optimal mediums for the mycelial growth, but OMA was the optimal medium for the pathogen sporulation.Maltose was the best of carbon sources and peptone was the best of nitrogen source.Light period did not affect the pathogens on mycelial growth.
