六盘水市水资源安全的水足迹分析

摘    要:水足迹指一个国家、一个地区或一个人,在一定时间内消费的所有产品和服务所需要的水资源数量。本文运用该理论对六盘水市水资源进行了水足迹和相关指标的计算。结果表明:⑴六盘水市水足迹从2005年的37.51亿m3上升到2007年的41.56亿m3,其后又由2007年的41.56亿m3下降到2010年的39.54亿m3,这一变化趋势与农业水足迹用水量和工业水足迹用水量一致,水足迹以农业水足迹用水量和工业水足迹用水量为主,两者的总量占到了总用水量的96%以上;⑵六盘水市水资源强度呈不断下降的趋势,从2005年的1804.06m3/万元下降到2010年的789.71 m3/万元,有利于提高水资源的利用率;⑶2006年、2010年六盘水水资源压力指数超过1,只有采取多渠道开发水资源、提高工业用水的重复利用率、加大污水治理和水体污染防治力度、开展节水技术等措施,才能确保六盘水市水资源安全。

Abstract:Water footprint is water quantity that a country, a region or a person, consumption of all the products and services is required in a certain period of time. The results indicate that water footprint of Liupanshui city increased from, 37.51×108 m3 in 2005 to 41.56×108 m3 in 2007, then fell 39.54×108 m3 in 2010.With the change trend of industrial water and agricultural water was the same. The water footprint took agricultural water footprint consumption of water and industrial water footprint consumption as the principal thing. Both the total accounted for 96% of the total water consumption. Intensity of water resources in Liupanshui city showed a downward trend .It fell from 1804.06 m3/million yuan in 2005 to 789.71 m3/million yuan in 2010. It will improve the utilization of water resources. Water resources pressure index was more than 1, in Liupanshui in 2006 and 2010. We will take more channels for the development of water resources, improve industrial water recycle rate, increase the sewage treatment and water pollution prevention and control efforts, develop water-saving technology and other measures, so that the security of water resources is ensured in Liupanshui city.
