摘    要:禾谷类叶片不同类型的表皮细胞对白粉菌侵入的反应随叶龄不同而改变。当禾谷类植物初生叶片叶龄为一周时,禾谷类白粉菌(Erysiphe granminis对气孔周围的表皮细胞——“短细胞”的侵入有效性略高于远离气孔的表皮“长细胞”,或者二者几乎相同。当叶龄为四周时,白粉菌对这两类细胞的侵入有效性均下降,但是对远离气孔的长细胞的侵入有效性下降要快些,因此当叶龄增加时,气孔周围的短细胞相对地要比远离气孔的长细胞对白粉菌更感染。不同类型的表皮细胞对白粉菌的感病性变化似乎也与植物的抗病性有关。随着叶片的发育,抗病品种叶表皮长细胞与短细胞的侵入有效性下降速度要快于感病品种。

Abstract:The penetration efficiency ( PE) of cereal powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis ) to epidermal cells around the stomata of the primary leaf of a graminaceous plant was slightly higher than, or about the same as, that to the cells far from the stomata when the primary leaf was one week old. The PE for these two types of cells would sink when the leaf was 4 weeks old. But the PE for the cells far from stomata decreased quicker than for those around stomata. Therefore, the cells around the stomata became comparatively more susceptible than those far from the stomata when the leaf became older. The change of susceptibility of the different types of epidermal cells seemed to be related to the resistance of the plant itself. With the development of the leaf, the reduction of susceptibility to powdery mildew in two types of epidermal cells would be quicker in resistant varieties than in susceptible ones. The reason for this difference in different types of epidermal cells are discussed.
