| 摘 要： | 本文论述了草业在水土保持、改善生态环境、园林绿化、改良干旱、半干旱荒漠与沙化退化草原和改造中低产田及其在土壤用养结合、农牧结合中的重要作用。发展草业促进生态环境建设,既可发展经济,又能推进精神文明建设,并具有明显的社会、经济和生态效益。发展草业需要社会给予应有的重视、关注与支持。

| Abstract: | The author expounds that grass has an important part to play in conservation of water andsoil, afforestion of gardens, amelioration of ecological environment, improvement of arid-semiarid desertand sandificated deteriorate grassland, tansformation of niddle - low field, combination of utilzation andmaintenance of soil and combination of farming and amimal husbandry.
