| 摘 要： | AFLP（扩增片段长度多态性）是一种新的DNA分子标记技术。该文主要对其基本原理进行了简要介绍，并从果树种质资源、果树遗传育种等方面，概述了AFLP标记在果树上的应用进展，评述了其存在的问题和应用前景。

| Abstract: | AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism)is a newly developed molecular marker technique.Its basic principle was briefly described.The application of AFLP in Germ plasm resources,Genetics and Breeding of fruit trees in recent years were introduced.And the probles and practical prospects of AFLP technique were also evaluated. |
