摘    要:目的]研究纤维素分解菌木霉、青霉、黑曲霉3种菌株之间的协同作用。方法]将木霉、青霉、黑曲霉进行纯种发酵,添加纯种发酵粗酶液后测定CMC酶相对酶活力,采用混菌发酵观察滤纸分解度,测定CMC酶活力。结果]混菌发酵的纤维素酶活明显高于纯种发酵的酶活力。结论]青霉、木霉、黑曲霉3种菌株之间存在两两协同关系。
