| 摘 要： | 阐述转子振动信号互相关分析的原理,分析采用软件实现质量偏心引起的不平衡振动信号大小和相位的提取方法。给出了基于LabVIEW的现场动平衡测试系统硬件结构及软件设计框架,开发了一套基于此原理的现场动平衡测试系统,试验结果证明效果良好。

| Abstract: | The paper describes a principle and method that virtual instrument technology is used to develop dynamic balancing instrument for field,the method of measuring system about the hardware structure and the software design is given,and it is also analyzed to obtain available signal in field by correlative filter.It is proved well by an example. |
