紫科1号红豆杉栽培技术研究

摘    要:以中科院选育的优良无性系紫科1号红豆杉为试材,设置密度、底肥各3个水平共9个交叉组合,3次重复,在4种海拔进行栽培试验。结果表明:紫科1号红豆杉最适宜的栽培条件为海拔784 m左右、底肥0.5 kg/株左右(复合肥)。该条件下紫科1号红豆杉第1年高生长量可达40 cm以上,分枝达8个以上,冠幅可达14 cm。因此,推荐种植密度为25 000株/hm2(50 cm×80 cm)。

Abstract:Using Taxus clone Zike 1 a superior clone selected by Chinese Academy of Science as test material, cultivation experiment conditions of 3 levels of density, base fertilizer 9 cross combinations, 3 times repeated and 4 different elevations have been tested. The results showed that: the most suitable growth conditions for the Taxus clone Zike 1 was altitude about 784 m, base fertilizer applied a- round O. 5 kg / stock ( compound fertilizer) . In this conditions, Taxus clone Zike 1 growth on the 1 st year high growth up to 40 cm , branches more than 8, crown diameter up to 14 em. Therefore, density of 25 000 / hm2 (50 cmx 80 cm) was recommended.
