摘    要:本试验以安溪铁观音茶梗为原料,利用超声波提取法,通过对溶液浓度、液料比、超声间歇周期、工作时间等因素调节对茶梗中的茶皂素得率进行比较,筛选最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:超声功率700 W,以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,液料比4∶1,溶液pH值10.0,超声间歇周期为开1 s关3 s,工作时间20 min时,茶梗中茶皂素的得率最高为10.75%。

Abstract:Taking the stems of Tieguanyin tea as raw material, and using ultrasonic extraction, choosing the best extraction conditions through the comparison on extraction rate of tea saponin of tea stems in the concentration, liquid feed ratio, ultrasonic intermittent cycle, working time and other factors. The results showed that: In the extraction condition of ultrasonic power in 700 W, with 80% ethanol as extraction solvent, liquid feed ratio 4 : 1, pH 10. 0, ultrasonic intermittent cycle was turn on one second and turn off 3 seconds, in work time 20 minutes, the highest rate of tea saponin in tea stems is 10. 75%.
