| 摘 要： | 水土流失已成为大连地区农村生态环境的主要问题。中科院沈阳应用生态所等五个单位,从1989年起,在该地区开展了以防治水土流失为重点的研究工作。他们用生态经济的规点,把大力发展林业、经济林果和种草的建设与本区的生态环境区划、地貌类型和林业的功能紧密结合起来,使之合理布局,至2000年,森林覆盖率由目前的19％提高到22％,森林面积由目前的796.4万亩增加到922.2万亩,这些措施的实施,将为加速贫困山区的经济开发和生态建设而起到积极的作用。

Comprehensive Management of Soil Loss in Dailan Region |

| Abstract: | Soil loss has become the main problem of rural ecotogic environment in Dalian region . Since 1989, Shenyang Research Institute of Applied Ecology of the Academy of Science and other four institutes have carried out studies focusing on the prevention of soil loss in this area. Viewing in the light of eco-economy , they combine the development of forestry and economic forest and grass closely with regional planning of the ecologic environment, geomorphologic types and function of forestry. By the end of 2000, the forest cover is expected to increase from 19% at present to 22%, the forest area from 794 thousand mu at present to 9222 thousand mu. Implementation of the measures will play an active role in accelerating the economic exploitation and ecologic construction in the poor mountainous area. |
