铜绿微囊藻越冬与复苏研究

摘    要:目的]研究铜绿微囊藻越冬与复苏的生长条件。方法]采用玻瓶法进行藻类生长潜力试验。测定铜绿微囊藻藻液的吸光度、培养液中总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)含量,绘制藻类生长曲线,TN和TP的变化曲线,从而探讨其生长与繁殖规律。结果]铜绿微囊藻的生长需要较高的温度,低温对铜绿微囊藻的生长不利。在冬季,温度变化对指数生长期的铜绿微囊藻生长影响不大,而外界不利条件对处于稳定期的铜绿微囊藻影响较小。在春天,当温度升高时,处于休眠期的铜绿微囊藻开始复苏。此外,充足的营养盐有利于铜绿微囊藻的越冬与复苏。结论]获得铜绿微囊藻越冬与复苏的生长条件,为治理水体富营养化提供一定的理论指导。
