| 摘 要： | 网络理论及其方法在产业集群研究中得到广泛应用,但随机网络理论很难完美解释复杂的产业集群网络。无尺度网络具有集散节点、结构洞、社团结构、强弱连结4个方面的结构特点。旅游产业集群是典型的无尺度网络。笔者说明了可根据无尺度网络结构特点在旅游产业集群建设中,通过填补结构洞、控制强弱连结、打破社团结构和加强集散节点建设4种手段,提升旅游产业集群的活力,促进其健康发展。
