| 摘 要： | 目的]了解长江镇江段浮游植物的群落结构特点及变化规律。方法]2010年4～5月对长江镇江段水域进行8次随机采样,利用生物学方法对该水域中的浮游植物进行分类鉴定,分析其种群组成与群落特点,并初步探讨浮游植物细胞密度与环境因子之间的关系。结果]从长江镇江段水域中共检出浮游植物6门42属,其中以绿藻门（35.71%）、硅藻门（30.95%）和蓝藻门（23.81%）为主,其他种类较少;各种属浮游植物在长江镇江段各个站点的分布及频次极不均匀,以绿藻门、硅藻门和蓝藻门出现的属数与频次占主体;在采样时间内,浮游植物细胞密度在1.56×104～1.15×105个/L变动,平均密度为5.69×104个/L,且浮游植物细胞密度与pH值的变化趋势基本一致。结论]试验结果不仅为研究长江流域浮游植物的群落特点与环境因子之间的关系提供有益参考,还将为富营养化的防除与生态平衡的恢复提供科学依据。
