| 摘 要： | 在探讨陕西省水果产量及其分布状况的基础上,阐述了陕西省水果产业发展现状,具体表现在种植布局不断优化、产业规模和品牌知名度不断提高、产业化进程不断加快3个方面。剖析了陕西省水果产业链存在的问题：一是产前服务与支持体系环节,体现在资金投入不足、缺乏统一的生产标准、配套服务体系不健全3个方面;二是栽培与采摘环节,具体体现在区域布局不合理、品种结构不协调2个方面;三是采后处理与企业规模环节,体现在采后处理能力不足、果业企业规模小2个方面;四是产品销售环节,体现在品牌意识不足、营销手段落后、销售结构不合理3个方面。提出了促进陕西省水果产业发展的对策建议：一是完善产前服务和支持体系;二是推广科学栽培和采摘技术;三是强化采后商品化处理;四是加大营销力度。
