摘    要:研究了14种植物95%乙醇提取物及其相关混配物对水稻褐飞虱的驱避活性。结果表明,毛竹乙醇提取物40mg/mL对褐飞虱若虫的拒食率最好,24h的拒食率可达47.67%;水葫芦乙醇提取物80 mg/mL次之,24h的拒食率为35.67%;胡椒乙醇提取物80 mg/mL第三,24h的拒食率为34.38%。花椒和葱2种乙醇提取物对褐飞虱雌成虫取食和产卵忌避作用明显。在80mg/mL的浓度涂抹下,24h的拒食率和产卵忌避率均达到69%以上。在混配实验处理中,花椒80mg/mL和水葫芦80 mg/mL按1∶1混配对褐飞虱取食和产卵忌避作用效果最好,对若虫和雌成虫的拒食率分别为85.4%和61.2%,对雌成虫的产卵忌避率为83.1%。

Abstract:Repellent activity of ethanol extracts of 14 non-host plant species and several related mixtures were studied on rice brown planthopper(BPH) Nilaparvata lugens.The results showed that the extract of Phyllostachys pubescens leaves(40mg/mL) had the highest anti-feeding activity on BPH,an repellent rate of 47.67% at 24h after the extract application,followed by the extracts from Eichhirnia crasslpes and Piper nigrum(80mg/mL),both of which had repellent rates of 35.67% and 34.38% at 24 h,respectively.The extrac...
