云南高原盾叶薯蓣种质的光合特性分析*

摘    要: 通过对云南高原的14个盾叶薯蓣种质的叶绿素含量、光合速率进行分析研究。结果表明:盾薯40的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量最低,盾薯42最高;盾薯44的净光合速率最大,盾薯26最小;蒸腾速率、气孔导度最低的是盾薯37-1,最高的是盾薯32。为开发利用云南丰富的盾叶薯蓣种质资源,促进盾叶薯蓣生产的发展提供依据。

Abstract:Chlorophill concent and net photosynthesis rate were tested in 14 Dioscorea zingibernensis germplasm accessions. Among the tested accessions, Dunshu 42 had the highest chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, but Dunshu 40 had the lowest ones. Dunshu 44 had the biggest net photosynthesis rate and Dunshu 26 had the smallest one. Dunshu 37 - 1 had smallest transpiration rate and stomatal con- ductivity, but Dunshu 32 had the highest ones. The result is useful in development and utilization of the rich germplasm resources of D. zingibernensis in Yunnan.
