| Abstract: | Recent years,the economic benefit of edible fungus cultivation is rising,edible fungus planting materials is simple and easy to get in Wuyi Mountain of Fujian province,edible fungus have been cultivated in large-scale promotion of cultivation in this region.However,non-standard edible fungus production technology,extensive management,the yield of per unit have a great disparity.The key technologies of edible fungus cultivation and management is analysised in this article for reference. |
