摘    要:在阐述了电动助力转向系统(EPS)及其控制器(ECU)结构和工作原理的基础上,设计了基于ARM LPC2119单片机的电动助力转向系统。采集的速度、转矩等信号通过LPC2119的信号处理,通过PWM技术和H桥电机驱动电路实现对电机进行控制,实现汽车的电动助力转向,且可以通过CAN总线实现EPS数据的传输。研究的硬件控制器通过了有关的电气性能测试,对所设计的硬件系统进行了台架试验,试验结果证明了硬件系统设计的正确性。

Abstract:An embedded EPS system was designed,with a ARM chip as the core of the system.Electric power steering system(EPS),which combines a traditional mechanical steering system with an electronically controller,is a new type of vehicle steering system.The hardware of system includes data acquisition module,speed signal module,motor drive module and so on.According to the speed signal and steering wheel torque,the control unit calculates the necessary motor current.Finally,the performance of this controller is verified on the test-bed.Experiments results show that EPS controller designed in this paper has stable performance and appropriate structure.
