| 摘 要： | 为筛选出华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii)优良无性系,对大同市长城山林场华北落叶松国家重点林木良种基地的40个华北落叶松无性系树高、胸径生长量指标进行了调查,结果表明:7、7509、113这3个华北落叶松无性系长势最好,是华北落叶松优良无性系的重点选择对象;而123、713、124、204、94、7511、67这7个华北落叶松无性系长势最差,可作为种子园遗传疏伐的对象。研究结果为华北落叶松种子园后期高世代育种提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In order to screen out the fine clones of Larix principis-rupprechtii,the height&DBH growth of 40 Larix principis-rupprechtii national key tree species bases in the Great Wall Mountain Forest Farm in Datong City.The quantitative indicators were investigated.Result shows that the three Larix principis-rupprechtii clones--Larix principis-rupprechtii‘7’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘7509’,and Larix principis-rupprechtii‘113’have the optimal growth,and they are the key selection targets for the fine clones of Larix principis-rupprechtii.These seven Larix principis-rupprechtii clones(Larix principis-rupprechtii‘123’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘713’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘124’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘204’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘94’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘7511’,Larix principis-rupprechtii‘67’)have the worst growth and can be used as the target of genetic thinning in seed orchards.Research result provides theoretical basis for the later high-generation breeding of Larix principis-rupprechtii seed orchard. |
