| 摘 要： | 为开发和利用野生杠柳资源,丰富酒泉市及河西走廊地区生态造林及防沙固沙树种,让杠柳在荒漠化、沙漠化治理中发挥更好的作用,开展了不同处理对杠柳硬枝扦插成活率影响的试验,结果表明:在杠柳硬枝扦插中,以吲乙·萘乙酸100 mg ·kg-1+滑石粉浸泡5h和国光生根萘乙酸100倍水溶液+滑石粉处理15～30 s均可达到理想的扦插...

| Abstract: | In order to develop and utilize the wild Periploca sepium resources,enrich the ecological afforestation and sand-prevention and sand-fixing tree species in Jiuquan City and the Hexi Corridor,so that Periploca sepium will play a better role in the control of desertification and desertification.The experiments of the influence of different treatments on the survival rate of hardwood cuttings of Periploca sepium were conducted.Result shows that:In the hardwood cuttings of Periploca sepium,the indylnaphthalene acetic acid 100 mg·kg-1+talc powder was soaked for five hours and the Guoguang root naphthalene acetic acid 100 times aqueous solution+talc powder treated 15-30 s all can achieve the ideal cutting effect;the seedling rate of cuttings with a hardwood length of 14-16 cm and a thickness of 0.4-1 cm is significantly higher than other treatments,and the average seedling rate can reach about 70%;the ground temperature rises from 14 to 20℃and being stable,the cutting seedling rate is the highest. |
