| Abstract: | Objeotive To observe the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol and aminophylline in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Sixty-two patients with CHF and COPD were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （n=30） were treated with conventional therapy, while observation group （n=32） were given with additional administration of bisoprolol and aminophylline sustained release tablets. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared after 3-month therapy. Results Compared with control group, heart function, left ventdcular ejection fraction, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were all improved in observation group （P〈0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of bisonrolol and aminonhvlline can imnrove the eardionulmonarv functit~n in natientq with CHF and CCIPD |
