摘    要:为提高泵轴的可靠性,设计时按照工程实际,将泵轴的几何尺寸、载荷、应力以及疲劳极限等各参数视为随机变量,采用蒙特卡罗模拟技术,通过Pro/E三维实体建模、模型导入ANSYS进行静应力分析、生成概率分析文件、使用PDS模块计算可靠度等步骤,可以得到比传统设计方法精度高的泵轴失效概率及可靠度.以DLY25—270/9—37型立式多级油泵的泵轴为例进行计算,在置信度为95%时,该泵轴的可靠度为99.87%;表明这种利用ANSYS/PDS模块对泵轴进行可靠性分析的方法是可行的,为泵轴的可靠性设计提供了新的思路,具有一定的工程应用价值.

Abstract:The geometric dimensions, load, stress and fatigue limit are taken as random variables to establish the pump shaft model. The 3D solid model is established by Pro/E software and imported into ANSYS to make the static stress analysis. The probability analysis files are created and the reliability of pump shaft with PDS module is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation technique. The method can obtain higher precision of failure probability of the pump shaft than the traditional design. A reliability assessment for the DLY25-270/9-37 to the model of vertical multi-stage pump shaft is demonstrated as a numerical example. The reliability of the pump shaft is 99.87% in the confidence level of 95%. It shows that the method is feasible and has important application values.
