| 摘 要： | 本试验研究不同浓度水平的石灰、多菌灵对巴西蘑菇菌丝生长速度的影响作用。结果表明,石灰浓度在2.5%时对菌丝生长有促进作用,浓度大于2.5%时对菌丝生长速度有抑制作用。多菌灵对菌丝有强烈抑制作用,并随浓度升高抑制作用增强,石灰、多菌灵有显著的协同效应。比单独使用石灰或多菌灵对菌丝的抑制作用更强。

| Abstract: | The influence of various concentrations of lime water and carbemdazim on the growth of mycelium of Agaricus blazei Murriw was studied in the paper.The results indicated that the level of 2.5% of calcium carbonate fairly improved the growth of mycelium but the concentration more than 2.5% could reduced the growth of mycelium.Carbemdazim had considerable inhibition of mycelia's growth.With the increase of concentration of carbemdazim,the greater effectiveness was obtained.The significant interaction also was found in the combination of calcium carbonate and carbemdazim. |
