He-Ne激光辐照对小麦陈种子萌发影响的研究

摘    要:以冬小麦为研究对象,选用5种不同剂量的He-Ne激光辐照贮存3年的小麦种子,研究激光辐照对小麦种子的浸出液电导率以及发芽势、发芽率、芽长等方面的影响。试验结果表明,适宜的激光辐照可降低小麦陈种子浸出液的电导率;激光辐照可以有效地提高小麦陈种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长和芽鲜质量,激光辐照剂量为20.8·Jcm-2对提高小麦陈种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长和芽鲜质量最为合适。

Abstract:In this article,wheat old seeds stored for three years were studied systematically.Wheat old seeds were radiated by He-Ne Laser of different dosages in this experiment.The results showed that He-Ne laser could remarkably raise the sprouting potential,sprouting ratio,bud length and bud fresh weight,decrease the electrical conductivity of wheat old seeds and significantly increase the height of wheat seedlings and roots.He-Ne laser treatment with 20.8J·cm-2 is one of effective way to improve the germination strength and growing-power of wheat old seeds.
