摘    要:本文讨论了杂交稻制种中异交结实的影响因素和形成机制,异交结实率的变化规律性等。提出了异交结实率构成式,从理论上阐明了异交结实率的限制因素、潜力及开发途径的思路。

Abstract:In the paper the mechanism, influencing factors and variation patterns of outcrossing rate (OCR) in hybrid rice seed production are discussed. Studies showed that the stigma exsertion rate (SER) plays a key role in the outcrossing process. OCR on spikelets with exserted stigma was three or four times higher than that without exserted stigma. SER was very significantly related to OCR and stigma activity. SER was such a character that it was easily affected by the environments. Proper cultural practices helped to effectively raise SER. The quantity of pollens put to use depended on not only male parent itself but also the ecological conditions at anthesis, synchronization of anthesis of both parents and the outcrossing capacity of female parent. Gibberellin application, row-ratio of male parent to female parent, their flowering time, climatic conditions at anthesis, kernel smut of rice and leaf -clipping were all quantitatively related to OCR. In addition, a structural formula of OCR was put forward, and the limitative factors of OCR, its potentials and the ways to increase OCR were theoretically clarified. In order to raise the yield of hybrid rice seed production, OCR should reach 60% and more, and SER should not be less than 59%.
