摘    要:目的]研究钾和6-BA对苹果果实中糖和矿质元素含量的影响。方法]于2002~2004年,分别以运城临猗县、临汾霍州和太谷果树研究所3个试验点的长富2号苹果为试材,运用不同浓度的K2SO4和6-BA,采用喷施和根施相结合的方法,研究了钾和6-BA对苹果果实糖含量,以及矿质元素K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn含量的影响。结果]喷施1.0%K2SO4+150mg/L6-BA+0.1%展着剂,可显著增加果实中的糖含量,并可提高K、Ca、Fe、Zn的含量,但对果实中Mg含量没有显著提高。结论]为生产上采用钾和6-BA提高苹果果实品质提供了参考。

Effect of K and 6-BA on the Content of Sugar and Main Mineral Elements of Apple Fruit

Abstract:Objective]The effect of K and 6-BA on the content of sugar and mineral element in apple fruit was studied.Method]The apple variety—Changfu 2 from Linyi County of Yuncheng city,Huozhou of Linfen city and the Pomology Institute of Taigu was used as the testing material in the period of 2002-2004.The effect of the K and 6-BA,which application method was the different concentrations of K2SO4 and 6-BA were sprayed and fertilized in the root of tree,on the content of sugar and mineral element including K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and others in apple fruit was experimented.Result]The results showed that the spraying of 1.0% of K2SO4 + 6-BA of 150 mg/L + exhibition agent of 0.1% could efficiently improve the content of sugar and also the content of mineral element:K,Ca,Mg,Fe and Mn,except Mg was raised.Conclusion]The reference for apple quality improvement through the fertilization of K and 6-BA in its production was provided.
