欧式距离系数在多点生产卷烟产品的均质化评价中的应用

摘    要:目的]解决多点生产同一卷烟产品的均质化评价问题。方法]通过利用欧氏相似系数对2个卷烟品牌A(三类烟)、B(五类烟)在2009~2010年的常规质量检测数据中的4类指标集进行均质化评价。结果]利用4类指标集的欧氏相似系数评价与消费者调研的相似度评价的结果一致;主厂内批间相似系数大于0.90,主厂F1与除了F3之外的12个厂家的欧氏相似系数也均大于0.90,大于0.87的可接受值,F1与F3的欧氏相似系数也达到了0.83的较高水平;F1与F3欧氏相似系数低于可接受值0.87主要是由烟气水分、烟碱氮、烟碱量、端部落丝量、吸阻、总通风率、含末率、含水率8个指标导致的;A、B两品牌的欧氏相似系数在各生产点间的趋势完全一致,即相似系数最高的厂家是F5与F6,相似系数最低的厂家是F3与F9;从各个厂家平均欧氏相似系数来看,最高的厂家是F5、F6、F8,最低的厂家是F3。分析F3与F9的情况,烟气水分、端部落丝量、总通风率、含末率、含水率5个指标是引起两品牌各自差异的主要共同指标。结论]欧式距离分析是评价多点生产同一卷烟产品质量均质化程度的一个较好的方法。

Application of the Euclidian Distance Coefficient in Homogenization Evaluation of Tobacco with Muti-point Production

Abstract:Objective] The technique of the homogenization of same-brand cigarette made in the tobacco from multi-point production base was explored.Method] 4 kinds of index values of the cigarette of 2 brands(A,three sort and B,five sort of tobacco) from the regular quality during 2009-2010 was evaluated in the homogenization with the method of Euclidean similarity coefficient.Result] The result of Euclidean similarity coefficient evaluation and the similarity evaluation from consumers were consistent.The similarity coefficient among batches of the same brand in main factory was more than 0.9 and the Euclidean similarity coefficient of the brand of the main factory(F1) and other 12 branches except F3 was also more than 0.9,which was beyond 0.87 of acceptance value.The Euclidean similarity coefficient between F1 and F3 was 0.83 with a relevantly high level,however,less than 0.87 of the acceptable value,resulted from the low value of the following index: the moisture of smoke,the content of nicotine nitrogen,the content of nicotine,the tobacco-loss from the end,the drawing resistance,the degree of total ventilation,the content of dust and moisture in cigarette.There was same the trend in the Euclidean similarity coefficient of A and B among the different production bases;the manufacturer of the highest similarity coefficient was in F5 and F6 and the manufacturer of the lowest similarity coefficient was in F3 and F9.The average manufacturer of the highest similarity coefficient was in F5,F6 and F8 and the lowest,in F3.The 5 indexes: the moisture of smoke,the content of tobacco-loss from the end,the degree of total ventilation,the content dust and moisture in cigarette were main reason causing the difference between two brands based on the analysis of the manufacturer from F3 and F9.Conclusion] The Euclidean similarity coefficient was a better evaluation method of the homogenization of same-brand cigarette made in the tobacco from multi-point production base.
