| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省198户有效样本农户的抽样问卷调查，对比分析了不同类型农户在农业生产经营中对农业社会化服务的需求意向及实际满足程度。研究发现，不同类型农户在农业生产各环节迫切需要的农业社会化服务主要包括：农田水利灌溉设施建设、耕地土壤改良、病虫害（动物疫病）防治、化肥农药投入使用、资金信贷和农业保险等方面。然而，现有的农业社会化服务体系却难以有效地满足农户对农业社会化服务的上述需求，在很大程度上制约了农民增收和现代农业的发展。为了促进现代农业发展，必须加强以农业生产性服务业为主体的新型农业社会化服务体系建设。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire survey on 198 farmers from Zhejiang Province and collected statistic data， this paper systematically analyzed farmer real demand intent and satisfaction on current socialized service system for agriculture （SSFA） involved in the agricultural production and operation process. The study showed agricultural socialized service system need most urgently in every section included irrigation facilities construction， farmland improvement， pest prevention， usage of fertilizer and pesticide， credit funds and insurance. However， the existing system could not effectively meet farmers needs which restricted the improvement of farmers income and development of modern agriculture in a large extent. In the end， it was proposed that the improvement of new SSFA should be focus on their agricultural producer services， so that the modern agricultural development can be better achieved. |
