| 摘 要： | 本文报道以布氏杆菌虎红平板凝集试验与标准布氏杆菌玻板凝集试验、试管凝集试验和补体结合试验对照,对1097份绵羊血清进行布氏杆菌病阳性率和符合率的观察。试验证明:虎红平板试验的阳性率与玻板和补反试验的阳性率相近,而与试管凝集试验的阳性率差异较大.同时与对照试验的阳性符合率均为低下.

An Analysis of Diagnosis Result for Sheep Brucellosis by Rose Bengal Plate Antigen Prepared in China |

| Abstract: | In this paper an observation on the diagnosis results of Brucellosis for 1097 Sheep serum samples by the Rose benga1 Plate test with other three tests used as the contrast methods is reported. It has been shown that the positive rate of the Rose bengal plate test is similar to that of the standard plate agglutination test and the complement fixation test, but differs greatly from that of the tube agglutination test. The positive agreement a 1 rate between the Rose benga1 plate test and the contrast tests is very low. |
