| 摘 要： | 高等农业教育作为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,对社会发展起着积极的影响和推动作用。社会主义新农村建设的关键是培养新型农民,首要任务是促进现代农业发展。本文采用国际上通用的SWOT分析法,分别对高等农业教育服务社会主义新农村的外部环境和内部环境进行综合分析,以期从中发现高等农业教育服务社会主义新农村的外部机会与不利因素,找出高等农业教育自身的优势与劣势,为高等农业教育制定正确的服务新农村的战略决策提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Higher agricultural education,as an important component of higher education in our country,plays a positive influence and role in promoting the development of social.The key of the constriction of new socialist countryside is to train new farmers and the priority is to promote the development of modern agriculture.In this paper, adopting SWOT analysis method of internationally accepted,respectively do the comprehensive analysis on the external environment and internal environment that higher agricultural education serve for the new socialist countryside,in order to discover the external opportunities and negative factors in which,find the advantages and disadvantages of higher agricultural education,and provide the reliable basis for developing the right strategic decision to serve in the new countryside. |
