| 摘 要： | 目的]提高2个山茶花品种的嫩枝扦插生根率,探索不同激素处理对2个山茶花品种嫩枝扦插生根的影响。方法]用不同的激素和浓度处理插穗,并对插穗生根率、生根数、根长等生根性状指标进行测定。结果]威尔逊嫩枝扦插最佳的激素处理为NAA 1000mg/L,其生根率可达90.1%;六角大红嫩枝扦插最佳的激素处理为GA31000 mg/L,其生根率可达87.3%。结论]威尔逊嫩枝扦插以NAA 1000 mg/L处理为好,六角大红嫩枝扦插以GA31000 mg/L处理为好。
