江山茶叶质量安全的思考

摘    要:茶叶是我国的国饮,茶叶卫生质量事关广大消费者的身体健康。随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强,消费者对茶叶的卫生质量要求日趋严格。江山市是茶叶重要产区,为了进一步提高市场竞争力,应高度重视茶叶质量安全。本文就江山市茶叶质量安全的现状与控制措施作一阐述。

Abstract:As a national drink,tea consumption is keeping on increasing in China. The hygienic quality of tea is related to people' s health. With the improvement of people' s living standard and the enhancement of health consciousness,it is increasingly urgent to improve hygienic quality of tea. At the present,the hygienic quality of tea,particularly pesticide residue,is controlled strictly by both the tea producers and the importers,especially in the European Union and the United States,Japan and the other developed countries. Tea is a main cash crop for the peasant in Jiangshan County of Zhejiang Province. In order to improve the competition capacity in the future tea market,it should paid more attention to the quality and safety of tea. The situation of tea safety quality and related controlling measures in Jiangshan County were discussed in this paper.
