香菇多糖对提高运动耐力的作用

摘    要:探讨香菇(Lentinus edodes)多糖提高运动耐力的作用及机制。将40只雄性昆明鼠随机分为4组,每组10只,灌胃生理盐水的作为对照组,试验组按低剂量、中剂量、高剂量分别灌胃20 mg·kg-1d-1、60 mg·kg-1d-1、180mg·kg-1d-1香菇多糖溶液,采用力竭游泳试验观察对小鼠游泳时间的影响,并测定血乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原、肌糖原的含量变化。结果显示,低剂量、中剂量、高剂量试验组的游泳时间分别为(167.67±1.15)min、(196.37±2.58)min、(248.66±2.25)min,均长于对照组(138.26±1.71)min];血乳酸的含量分别为(4.45±0.15)mmol·L-1、(4.04±0.17)mmol·L-1、(3.29±0.36)mmol·L-1,低于对照组(5.67±1.53)mmol·L-1];血清尿素氮的含量分别为(5.11±1.67)mmol·L-1、(5.02±1.75)mmol·L-1、(4.89±0.82)mmol·L-1,低于对照组(6.89±1.36)mmol·L-1];肝糖原的含量分别为(13.25±1.07)mg·g-1、(15.53±1.02)mg·g-1、(19.91±1.08)mg·g-1,高于对照组(11.27±0.55)mg·g-1];肌糖原的含量分别为(1.16±0.56)mg·g-1、(1.65±0.75)mg·g-1、(1.83±0.94)mg·g-1,高于对照组(1.08±1.31)mg·g-1],且各项试验均差异显著(P<0.05)。说明香菇多糖能够提高运动耐力,在运动生理学和运动医学领域具有重要研究意义。

Abstract:To explore the role and mechanism of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide to improve sports endurance. 40 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 10, the gastric physiological saline as a control group, the test group according to low, medium and high doses of gastric 20 mg·kg-1 d-1, 60 mg·kg-1 d-1,180 mg·kg-1 d-1 L. edodes polysaccharide solution, using exhaustion swimming test to observe the effect on the swimming time of mice, and determine the changes in hemoglobin, serotonin nitrogen, hepatogen, myogen content. The results showed that the swimming time of the lowdose, medium-dose and high-dose test group was(167.67 ± 1.15) min,(196.37 ± 2.58) min,(248.66 ± 2.25) min, all longer than the control group (138.26 ± 1.71) min]. The content of hemalacic acid was(4.45 ± 0.15) mmol·L-1,(4.04 ± 0.17) mmol·L-1,(3.29 ± 0.36) mmol·L-1, lower than the control group (5.67 ± 1.53) mmol·L-1]. The content of seroureus nitrogen is(5.11 ± 1.67) mmol·L-1,(5.02 ± 1.75) mmol·L-1,(4.89 ± 0.82) mmol·L-1, lower than the control group(6.89 ± 1.36) mmol·L-1]. The hepatoglysis content is(13.25 ± 1.07) mg·g-1,(15.53 ± 1.02) mg·g-1,(19.91±1.08) mg·g-1, higher than the control group (11.27 ± 0.55) mg·g-1]. The original content was(1.16 ± 0.56) mg·g-1,(1.65 ± 0.75) mg·g-1,(1.83 ± 0.94) mg·g-1, higher than the control group(1.08 ± 1.31)mg·g-1], and the difference was significant(P<0.05). It is showed that L. edodes polysaccharide can improve sports endurance and is of great significance in the field of exercise physiology and sports medicine.
