摘    要:本研究以烟草和TMV为供试对象,评价了114种植物提取物诱导烟草抗TMV的活性,同时测试了这些植物提取物对TMV的钝化活性和抑制病毒粒子增殖的活性。结果表明,山苍子、平姜、苦参、八角、白屈菜、余甘子和五倍子共7种植物提取物对烟草具有显著的诱抗活性,对TMV的诱抗效果分别为78.90%、67.23%、66.82%、58.87%、53.92%、51.56%和51.28%,具有作为激发子诱导烟草抗病毒活性的应用潜力。本研究结果为开发植物源免疫诱抗剂生物农药提供了依据。

Abstract:In this study, induced resistance of 114 plant extracts against TMV in tobacco was evaluated, and effect of these plant extracts on inactivation and inhibition of TMV proliferation was also determined. Results showed that the extracts of Litsea cubeba. Zingiber officinale. Sophora flavescens. Illicium verum. Chelidonium majus. Phyllanthus emblica, and Rhus chinensis exhibited significant induced resistance in tobacco against TMV, with the efficacy of 51.28%-78.90%, which has the potential to be used as elicitors to trigger antiviral ability in plants. The study provides a research basis for the development of botanical immunity elicitor.
