| Abstract: | In recent years, under the concept of ecological recycling economy, China’s mushroom industry has gradually realized waste utilization, and has made great contributions to the increase farmers’ income and earning foreign exchange through export. However, the problem of blind compliance makes the mushroom industry lack of systematic strategic planning and weak export capacity, and its future development is still full of frustrations. Therefore, this paper provides industrial structure opti-mization countermeasures from the four perspectives of value chain, organization chain, logistics chain and information chain to help the development of edible mushroom industry. |
