摘    要:比较菌丝在6种林果木屑煮出液和培养料中的生长速度,结果为各木屑均能促进菌丝生长,其中以柳树木屑作用明显;木屑两两混合培养料的菌丝生长速度介于两种木屑单独培养的速度之间,但葡萄与梨树混合木屑、紫薇树与桃树混合木屑的菌丝生长速度较单一木屑培养料快。相关性分析显示,美国大灵芝菌丝生长速度与木屑含碳量和碳氮比呈正相关。

Abstract:In order to screen the appropriate Ganoderma oregonense mycelium growth of wood chips,we compared the growth rate of mycelia in the lixivium and substrate of pruned branches sawdust from six kinds of forest and fruit trees.The results showed that 6 kinds of forest and fruit trees sawdust could cultivate G.oregonense.Salix babylonica Linn.are most suitable for G.oregonense growth.After the two kinds of sawdust are mixed,the mycelial growth rate is between the speeds of the two sawdust alone.However,when sawdust of Vitis vinifera L.mixed with that of Pyrus spp.,and sawdust of Lagerstroemia indica L.mixed with that of Amygdalus persica L.,the growth rate of mycelium increased.G.oregonense growth rate was positively correlated with carbon content and carbon to nitrogen ratio of sawdust.
