黑木耳液体培养基及培养条件优化

摘    要:以黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)品种黑15为试验材料,采用单因素试验,研究不同液体培养基、pH和温度对黑木耳菌丝生长的影响,筛选出最佳黑木耳液体菌种培养基和最适培养条件。结果表明,黑木耳液体培养的最佳培养基为配方1,最适宜pH为7.0,最佳培养温度为25℃。

Abstract:Used Black 15 as experimental material, the single factor analysis were applied to study the effect of liquid medium and cultivation conditions on mycelium growth of Auricularia auricula. The results showed that, the optimum medium of A. auricula liquid strain was medium 1, the optimal pH and temperature were 7.0 and 25℃.
