摘    要:研制了5X-5型风筛式清选机,介绍了整机的基本结构和工作过程,并重点介绍了喂料装置、前除轻系统、筛选系统、后提升系统与后除轻系统的结构设计和工作原理。风选系统设计为正、负压双风系,实现喂料端和出料端两次除轻杂,提高除杂能力;筛选系统设计为上下筛箱等惯量反向配置,降低震动和噪音;筛动电机实现无级调节,转速范围为200~1 000 r/min。对小麦种子进行试验,并检测主要技术参数为获选率99%,净度98%,有害杂草籽清除率90%,破损率0.092%,实际千瓦小时生产率0.65 t/(kW.h),噪声84 dB(A),粉尘浓度6.8 mg/m3。

Abstract:5X-5 air-screen separator was designed.Its elementary structure and working process were introduced,particularly detailed the structural design and working principle of feeding system,pre-inspiration system,screening system,post-ascending system and post-inspiration system.Aspiration system was designed as double systems of winds with positive-inverse pressure aspiration,realized to clean light mishmashes twice from both feeding side and discharge port,ensuring high cleaning efficiency.Screening system was designed as upper and netherbins which were configured inversely with equalinertia,successfully reduced vibration and noise.Motor of screening system can be regulated stepless,with the vibration frequency ranged from 200 to 1 000 r/min.The main technical parameters of wheat seeds cleaning experiment were:separation rate 99%,cleanliness 98%,cleaning rate of grass seed 90%,breakage rate 0.092%,practical productivity 0.65 t/(kW·h),noise 84 dB(A),dust concentration 6.8 mg/m3.
